Ikebana: Japanese Flower Arranging

Traditionally practiced by Zen monks for its meditational qualities, Ikebana promotes a sense of beauty, harmony and self-awareness. This course introduces beginners to the philosophy and techniques of Japanese flower arranging through demonstration, discussion and hand-on practice. Fresh flowers provided. For all levels.
